1. The service

memeCI provides market intelligence, analytics, and AI-generated insights about digital assets for informational purposes only. See the Risk Disclosure, which is part of these Terms.

2. Accounts & access

Free guest access and trial periods are provided at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including automated scraping, quota evasion, or attempts to access restricted areas).

3. Paid features

Some features require a subscription or credits, processed by our payment provider. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once the associated access or credits have been delivered.

4. No warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, or timely, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, memeCI and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
